Right of withdrawal
From the day you receive the goods, you have a 14-day right of return.
In the FAQ & Helpcenter you will find all information and an instruction.
The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused or unworn (trying on is of course allowed).
The delivery note must also be enclosed. Items returned to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You have to pay the shipping costs.
Complaints
Clear manufacturing and processing errors are considered legitimate grounds for complaint. Please check your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item.
For textiles, you should wash the item immediately after delivery, taking into account the care instructions. As any deficiencies in print durability become clear and complaints can therefore be made.
Complaints are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Items that have been the subject of a complaint usually do not have to be returned; a photo showing the fault is sufficient.
If a return is necessary, you will receive a free return label.

Exchange
Since these are custom-made items, unfortunately no exchange is possible. Therefore, please note the size chart, if in doubt, order one size larger, then your favorite piece will fit casually. If the item still doesn't fit, you can of course return it.
European Union 3 days cooling off period Regardless of this, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days without giving a reason.
Refunds
You will receive an email notification once the return has arrived to let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive a refund within 10 business days. If it has been more than 15 business days since the return was approved and you have not received a refund, please contact me at Contact.
